Carrier & handling
Orders are quality-checked, packed in protective packaging, and handed over to our courier partner (Shipa Delivery). You’ll receive SMS/email tracking once your parcel is booked.

Order processing

• Orders placed Mon–Fri are dispatched within 24 hours (public holidays excluded).

• Pre-order items (if any) display their own timelines at checkout.

Delivery time

• Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah: 1–3 business days

• Other emirates / remote areas: 2–4 business days

International 

• International delivery is currently not available.  

Address & attempts

Please provide a complete address with mobile number (WhatsApp). Our courier makes up to two delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the parcel may be returned to origin.
