Returns & Refund (UAE)

  • Change of mind: returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be new, unwashed, unworn, with tags and original closed packaging. 

  • Defective / not as described: we will repair, replace, or refund. Contact us within  24 hours of delivery with photos.

  • Exclusions: personalised items, hygiene-sensitive babywear (bodysuits/underwear) once opened or tried on, sale “final”.

  • How to return: email contact@oceakids.com with your order number to receive a return label/steps.

  • FEES:

  • For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is covered but several abusive return will be deducted from refund amount. 

  • For defective/incorrect items, we cover the cost.

  • Exchanges: subject to stock availability; otherwise we issue a refund, free of cost. .

  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
  • Notification of the refund process will be sent to the client as soon as the payment is validated.
